Tooth Pain and TLC

 

Hello,

First and foremost I want to say that this is not a replacement for seeing a dentist – this is for those who have acute tooth pain, and can’t get an appointment with a dentist for a few days, this is to help bridge that gap (pardon the pun!) until you see the dentist and get professional help.

So, if you have a problem with your teeth, and have not made that appointment with the dentist, please stop reading now, go make that phone call, get a dentist appointment, make a Luke warm brew & settle back down with me in a few minutes time.

Ok, appointment made? Then let’s carry on, this is a story of my tooth pain, how it arose, the lessons I learnt, how I have so far managed to avoid a root canal naturally inside a week (in between 2 dental appointments), the help I received from the Spirit World, the herbal help I received and much more – it’s intended to be a smorgasbord if you like of tools, help, technique and love so that you can pick & choose what you want to work with in order to relieve your pain, whilst waiting for a dentist appointment,

So, let’s begin …

It all began with a call to the Rollrights Stone Circle in Oxfordshire … For a few weeks the stones were calling me so loudly, and eventually I went on the way back from Birmingham, I found myself on a weaving path of magic and bizarreness as through a series of diversions, wrong turns and ‘just deciding to go that route rather than this route’ I went past 5 houses of ex boyfriends, or places where we had spent time together (I haven’t had that many ex boyfriends, so the proportion was high!) 3 of my old offices from my Corporate Days and began a memory lane journey, as I write that I’m struck by the fact that one of my ex’s surname was Lane! Mad!

So, the very next day I woke up with a screaming tooth ache having lost a filling, I was in agony – if you have found this blog because you have toot pain and are at your wits end, my heart goes out to you, it’s not fun at all, sending you a Reiki filled hug to step into when you want to step into it, it was agony, it got worse and worse as the pain spread from my lower jaw to my upper jaw and seemed to vibrate through every part of me, it was utterly horrendous. By the Friday I finally admitted I needed to see a dentist (please don’t leave it days as I did!) and the soonest I could see the dentist was the Monday, that left me in a world of pain, with an infection for the weekend,

Here are the steps that I took to ease the pain over that weekend,

1) Temporary filling putty available from pharmacies (I’m in the UK and bought it from Boots – it was a revelation that this existed, if this is the only step that resonates and you’ve learnt something new, I’m happy to help)

2) Reiki – surrounding myself in a bubble of Reiki in the middle of the night, bringing Reiki into my world was invaluable, the pain relief was immense

3) Chaga tea – this is a mushroom that is beyond amazing at healing the body, mind and soul, it is an adaptogen that works with the body to give it what it needs – please see Fred Gillams work at thewildsideoflife.co.uk for more information as he is the expert, I do know it’s incredibly important that the Chaga has been grown on a Birch Tree for a crucial synergy between the two plants to occur for the Chaga tea to hold that magic healing property you are searching for, so be aware of where you are buying it from

4) Propolis Gel, propolis is anti-bacterial and the substance worker bees use to clean the hive, it’s antibacterial and utterly amazing – if you are allergic to bees, this is not for you

5) Arnica – anti inflammatory and helps with swelling and bruising

6) Echinacea – amazing for dental issues

7) Omega 3

8) Sleeping in a crystal grid – Quartz Crystal terminators in an arch above by head, directing the pain away, interspersed with Black Tourmaline

9) Unhook therapy, I literally unhooked the past from my teeth energetically, all those memories that surfaced as I was driving past landmarks of my past? I unhooked them in a Deep Meditation – this is where my story gets a little (very) woo woo – I found myself surrounded by 4 Ancient Mothers of Change, Athena, Sekhmet, Miryam, Inanna (Source A.J. Nutt & R.J. Stewart – www.rjstewart.org  I’ve been honoured to work with both of these amazing teachers for a few years now and they have taught me so very much) They nurtured me and supported my as I unhooked the past from my jaw in meditation – Sekhmet was in the South and was literally burning my old shit, it was amazing and an honour to be helped in that way – it felt as though layer upon layer of my past was coming up to be released and burnt, just amazing,
I then had an amazing Tree Spirit come and help, he came and sat with me through this process (yes, I had been drinking a mushroom tea, just not magic mushrooms ok!) he took care of me and placed his hand of branches on my chest soothing me, whilst Sekhmet was burning my crap of the past, a definite spiritual clear out!) Interestingly I switched on the to to see an image of this Tree Spirit staring back at me, I’d not seen him before however it was an advert for the Guardians of the Galaxy and he was saying ‘I am Brute’ I then watched the film and it distracted me somewhat from the pain, talk about confirmation that you are on right path!

10) Someone also mentioned to me that toothache was all about making decisions, so I made a whole heap of decisions that I had been putting off that week too!

 

I hope one of these points help you with this, some of it is in the muggle world, some of it is in the magical world, so I hope there is something for everyone here. I made a promise to my Guides, the Tree Spirit who helped me especially, and the Mothers of Change that I would publish this to help someone out there in chronic pain, it feels as though I am revealing part of my soul by showing you how deep I work with the Spirit World, and am baring more than I have ever bared – publicly – and am nervous, however a promise in the Spirit World is a promise, so this is me following through on it, if it’s not for you, then please just move along with love and kindness in your heart – if I’ve helped you in any way then I’m so happy to have helped.

What happened with my tooth? I saw the dentist on the Monday for a 20 minute emergency appointment, she couldn’t see me until the Friday for any treatment so sent me away – it went from being a potential root canal to a straight filling by the Friday,

Beyond blessed and grateful for the Universal help I received, on all planes and am so thankful to that,

One more thing, it’s 4 weeks later and my face has swollen up again, I’ve been resisting writing this blog and I was reminded that I was helped by the Tree Man especially in exchange for writing this blog, I hadn’t fulfilled that promise until now, and as I write I can literally feel my face begin to go down – if you make a promise in the Spirit World, follow through on it as soon as is possible – I’ve been resisting this thinking ‘what will people think’ I realise now it’s not about those who judge this, it’s about those who it will help,
