How Important is That ‘To Do’ List?

Hello,

I hope you have had a might fine day – I thought I would post today about to do lists, and ask a question about how important they are,

I love a good to do list, and follow them beautifully as they give me structure, and ticking an item off is so very satisfying – ticking every single thing off though? How important is that to you each day?
